I love thin crust pizza and it is delicious. I just wish you could order a large pizza. There are five people in my house that have to eat GF.

Great place! They are very aware of and take people allergies very seriously. Celiac friendly!

Great experience !! And great for people with IBS who have to follow a low fod map diet!! (No gluten, dairy, garlic). Great crispy crust and vegan cheese!

THE BEST. First, the staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. The selection of toppings is great, and I agree with other reviewers- great GF crust. Crispy and thin. I think the real stand out, though, is the tomato sauce. Best pizza sauce I've had ANYWHERE. It's really fresh and savory - not sweet.

I have a bad gluten intolerance, GERD, IBS and a number of food allergies. I've eaten here 3 Fridays in a row because the food is THAT good and I can enjoy it and feel fine afterwards.

The thin crust pizzas were delicious great texture. Very fresh and unlike many gf pizzas that are soggy and taste like cardboard, the thin crust pizzas here are crunchy and have great texture. Great selection on the topping as well and great gluten free desserts! Pepperoni Thin Crust and Caramel brownie was delicious!

The best gluten free pizza I have had since going gluten free. You must check this place out. Although the menu doesn't look like it online, you can order a small size gluten free pizza, which is good for one person.

Dream come true! Lots of options, and always good to know there is staff trained on Gluten Free/Celiac cross contamination and safety. My order was delicious. Also there are GF baked goods for sale by cash register.

Delicious! Order a medium and you can get two types of pizza. My nongf husband shared the medium with me. We had margarita and a white cheese pizza. Good protocols. Excellent choice for a quick inexpensive lunch in Princeton

I have been going here for about 7 years now and I've never gotten sick. It is my go to pizza place and I bring all of my gf and non-gf friends here. Everyone LOVES it. Non-gf friends say the gf pizza tastes the same as gluten pizza. My absolute favorite is the pesto pizza and I get it every time I go. Bruschetta, buffalo, and artichoke are also good. I recently ordered 4-5 medium gf pizzas for a meeting for a large group of people and everyone loved it. There were three celiac people in the meeting and everyone commented on how nice it was to be included in a pizza lunch. Couldn't recommend this place more.
