They are very gluten aware with a gluten free menu. The waitress told me she would notify the staff that I am celiac so that there is no cross contamination. She recommended not to take their gluten free bread or buns because of cross contamination. There is really only salad and rice bowls that are safe; the nachoes are fried is gluten full oil. No dedicated fryer.
I had the honey garlic chicken bowl which was delicious! Vegetables, chicken, and basmati rice. They are very careful of the preparation for GF 16 items on the gf menu and also a white chocolate brownie cheesecake for dessert. Too full to try that though. Would definitely return if in the area. They are a chain with various locations.
