Would not recommend for celiacs. Despite an allergy menu online and even a sign in the store saying to inform staff of allergies, the staff was unaware of what items contained gluten. When I asked for chicken thighs, the employee scooped chicken onto a shared cutting board with visible crumbs of gluten from the crispy chicken. I asked her to use clean utensils, and she got a new cutting board but used the same contaminated knife. I paid for the salad but felt too unsafe to eat it. With contamination risks from some proteins, shared utensils, and uneducated staff, this isn’t worth the risk when Sweetgreen is a much safer and similar option.
