Went here on 4/13/24 hoping to get a gf meal and all started out very promising! They automatically offered to send the chef out to speak with us which was nice that they offered.

Chef came out and was VERY friendly and nice but automatically said “just to be honest, we use flour for everything back there” I asked if even off the gf menu (I wanted shrimp and steak fajitas with corn tortillas) there would be flour exposure, he said yes even the grill comes in contact with pitas, flour tortillas etc. He said he could clean the grill, use fresh utensils, and pull fresh ingredients from the back but that he has had people bring in their testing devices and it still comes back as contains gluten.

He said there is flour airborne and it’s used all throughout the kitchen. We thought it was safest for us to leave (I’m pregnant and celiac and it’s just not worth the risk right now)

But we greatly appreciated his honesty. Wouldn’t recommend if you are celiac.

The food was excellent large portions well seasoned. It’s a loud crowded restaurant fun atmosphere. I gave only 3 stars because the waiter dumped an entire glass of iced sweet tea on my husband’s lap and they did not even offer to comp his meal or give a discount. Just an apology and going on with life while he sat through his meal with wet jeans. Poor customer service.

Hubby and I were traveling, and happened to try this place out. This is probably the best food I’ve ever had. We shared the steak/shrimp fajitas and Caribbean jerk chicken. Oh my heavens. It was amazing. The gluten free menu had so many choices, the waiter was knowledgeable, they warned of any potential cross contamination food items, and the service was top notch. It’s too bad we live so far, else wise this would be a frequent place that we dine.

I came here for lunch and asked if they have anything gluten free and they brought me a gf menu. I did not get sick. I got the Greek salad with chicken.
