Went here on 4/13/24 hoping to get a gf meal and all started out very promising! They automatically offered to send the chef out to speak with us which was nice that they offered.
Chef came out and was VERY friendly and nice but automatically said “just to be honest, we use flour for everything back there” I asked if even off the gf menu (I wanted shrimp and steak fajitas with corn tortillas) there would be flour exposure, he said yes even the grill comes in contact with pitas, flour tortillas etc. He said he could clean the grill, use fresh utensils, and pull fresh ingredients from the back but that he has had people bring in their testing devices and it still comes back as contains gluten.
He said there is flour airborne and it’s used all throughout the kitchen. We thought it was safest for us to leave (I’m pregnant and celiac and it’s just not worth the risk right now)
But we greatly appreciated his honesty. Wouldn’t recommend if you are celiac.
