Love Kara Lynn’s food! 100% GF, clean food. Entrees include salmon, turkey, hamburgers. Soup, salad, side options. Tea and water options. Amazing desserts. Small, coastal cottage vibe. Highly recommend!

I have celiac and am allergic to dairy as well and was able to eat almost anything on the menu. My non gf husband kept raving about the bun for his sandwich. So nice to eat a totally gf restaurant and not worry. Plus they had a good array of paleo and keto desserts that tasted delicious. Definitely recommend this place!!

Totally safe place to eat gluten free and not worry. The entire facility is GF. My only thing is not everything on the menu is equally as good so if you are on a budget it sucks to blow your daily food money on subpar items..

My husbands tacos were good. My meal was sub par. Cupcakes were dense and dry. Frosting was waxy. Nice concept, but not quite there.

Just went here today for dinner. It was wonderful to not stress about food and cross contamination as my daughter has celiac. The food was delicious! I had the Korean beef lettuce wraps- very filling and flavorful with tender flank steak and cucumber/carrot slaw. Hubby had the blackened salmon with veggies- excellent. One daughter had the chicken on a bed of salad greens with a balsamic type dressing (I think), nothing exciting but she liked it. Other daughter had the chicken veggie soup with sweet potato noodles. Carrot cake, pear cake and a chocolate bon bon thing for dessert. It was just a fabulous dinner with good service! And I don’t agree with the other reviewer about it smelling old and stale, it smelled like delicious food!

Extremely clean options. However the place smells old/stale and they are often out of key menu items early in the day. The desserts use monk fruit and stevia for sweeteners, so they have a bit of an after taste. Aside from that, the food is simple and clean and a good safe option in the area.

This is hands down the best place to eat in the area. The food is fresh and high quality, the staff is incredibly sweet. I'd eat there weekly if I didn't live 3 hours away. There is zero chance of cross contamination and many of the items are also dairy free.

Nice concept but just not pulling it all together. When thinking of going to a gluten free facility - you would hope for some carbs! They didn’t have anything available...not even rolls for the burgers. Would give it another shot. They are clearly trying.

Would go back. Wish they were in my town. Delicious, reasonably priced, large servings and truely friendly. Don't let 4 stars give you pause. I save 5 stars for over the top amazing. I had lettuce wraps and sweet potato fries. Nice taste profile and swift service. We had there dinner rolls and they were good but not crazy good but I'd eat them again. My husbands burger had him grinning ear to ear and the bun was flavorful and not falling apart. We had a blueberry muffin to go and enjoyed it. It's a heavy product like the dinner rolls do to its paleo friendly category. Would eat it again. Nice atmosphere although they would make my head happier by turning off the fluorescent overhead lighting. It was overly bright for an evening meal. The had a few tables to eat outside. The downtown area offered some nightlife and would have earned a walk around from what we saw if it wasn't so cold out. Parking could be a bit challenging.

Absolutely wonderful! My husband and I got the Korean beef lettuce wraps and salmon. Both were yummy. The sweet potatoes were sooo good and my favorite baked good was the blueberry scone. Loved I didn’t have to worry about getting sick and the staff was friendly and helpful. Great experience

I cannot day enough wonderful things about this restaurant, except I wish she would move to NASHVILLE! After a tragic battle with brain cancer, the owner’s husband lost his fight to cancer but left his wife with a true blessing: the gift of helping others and seeing the amazing health effects of a grain free diet. Her passion for helping her own family members heal their bodies is now poured out onto others in her weekly meal

plan service and bistro restaurant. Every dish was full of flavor, completely balanced and wonderful. Her sausage, kale and sweet potato soup was out of this world. The entire staff are truly kind souls with servants hearts. There is palpable love in that place and in the food. They will treat you like family! There is zero gluten, corn or grains in their kitchen. Go... enjoy!!! You will NOT be disappointed by the amazing food or incredible loving service. I wish them all the best and hope to come visit again soon! 💕

No risk of cross contamination finally doesn't mean having to sacrifice flavor! Everything was amazing! We started with both the vegan and meat soups and neither disappointed. The steak wraps, meatloaf, and bacon wrapped chicken were all perfectly cooked and full of flavor! The paleo carrot cake and chocolate cake were so satisfying that we only ate half what we ordered..... and are saving the rest to have with our coffee tomorrow! The owner is amazingly sweet, and her staff are equally warm and proficient! This restaurant was the best welcome to Clearwater that we could have prayed for!

Real food...real good food. I had meatloaf. it didn't come with gravy or ketchup, it had a nice light beef broth. it was offered with green beans or Brussels sprouts. I said I liked my green beans cooked all the way, not crunchy. they were fabulous, sear marks on some of them. the beef chill (no beans) is so good. quiche Loraine yummy. paleo rolls soft and delicious

Tired for the first time based on reviews here. Got there just in time for brunch. They ran out of sweet potato hash (bummer as I was looking forward to trying it!) and our meal took a really long time to get. But the delicious food, friendly staff and attention from them made up for it!

Everything is grain and gluten free. It's so easy to relax and eat the food without worrying. Also- they have a state of the art water filtration system so all the drinking water, tea and food preparation is done in the good, filtered water free of chlorine, chloramines and floride. Important if you have bladder or kidney issues.

Just ate here. Look, I am sure these people are very nice. But I have never see a worse menu, a worse food experience in my life. My food was all burnt. Kids was burnt and not one dish was edible.

We went home to a $40.00 frozen pizza...
