Everything is grain and gluten free. It's so easy to relax and eat the food without worrying. Also- they have a state of the art water filtration system so all the drinking water, tea and food preparation is done in the good, filtered water free of chlorine, chloramines and floride. Important if you have bladder or kidney issues.
