Review of Karai Ramen + Handroll

I’ve eaten here twice with no issue. While they didn’t hand me a dedicated gluten free menu, both servers I worked with were very aware of what gluten free customers could safely eat, how to modify dishes to be safe, and that the cook staff was very aware. I was told that the sushi chef and one other cook staff actually had Celiac. There are multiple appetizers and small plates that are GF, and they can customize the ramen bowls to be GF (skip the noodles, rice on the side, go for the veggie broth). I left very full both times and was very pleased. Karai, keep it up!
