Our server was very knowledgeable about gf requirements for celiac. They have gf soy sauce in bottles at the sushi bar. The server caught the fact that the sushi chef provided us with complimentary fresh wasabi, which turned out not to be gf. The chef offered immediate apologies. The executive chef took the time to explain his understanding that the fresh wasabi contained less than 2% of gluten. Having eaten only a very small amount, I did not get sick from it. Otherwise, the sushi was very good. The server was excellent. I recommend this restaurant. Just don’t eat the fresh wasabi!
