My first waiter did not know what gluten was, the second one knew gluten free meant no flour and directed me towards the buffet and said not to eat noodles or naan. (Yeah right I'll eat from a buffet!!) asked to talk to the chef and he told me what was in the tikki masala, and assured me he would keep it separate. 2 hours out I don't feel sick so I'm probably fine this time but won't be going back.

One of the servers really, really knows the menu and walked me through everything on the menu when I was first diagnosed. Things to know: the paneer is deep fried, so dishes containing it are not celiac-friendly because the fryer isn’t dedicated. There are lots of options here!

The hostess was really knowledgeable about the menu, and lots and lots of them menu is gf. I'm also dairy free, and they were able to make accommodations to some of the dishes to sign in coconut milk. They were also open about what dishes could potentially have some cross contamination issues (the pakora, particularity). and the food was FANTASTIC! So delicious.
