I grew up on Kelly's so after I was diagnosed boy was I stoked to hear that they're Celiac friendly. Now I always go for their GF roast beef sandwiches and chocolate frappes. They have the best gf bread I've ever had on a sandwich! The staff is always very aware and knowledgable. I've never had a problem or even been worried that I would here.
Plus I see they have recently expanded their gf sandwich options (including subs) which I can't wait to try!

Awesome service- I've never seen someone take gluten free so seriously! Management came to the front and spoke to us and connected with the kitchen staff to ensure everything was correct. Gluten free rolls available!

Lots of sandwich options for GF, but GF roll was only ok. And, wished the fries were GF.
I was so excited to be able to eat at Kelly's again. I had the roast beef sandwich and it tasted just as I remembered it. I was told that they were going to start offering gluten free hot dog rolls so that opens up more options. The gentleman I spoke with was very nice and he told me how they were going to toast my roll to insure there would be no cross contamination. It would be nice if they listed their gluten free options in the restaurant.

Great place for kids. Gf offerings include the bun, they grill on aluminum foil to avoid contamination and they use separate butter. Also the kids meal side options are coleslaw, fruit cup, chips.. 4 stars instead of 5 because fried food is not GF.
Roast beef sandwich is delicious. Never had an issue with cross contamination.

Upon ordering, staff was alerted of our gluten allergy and manager came over to confirm our order. Lots of options available on GF rolls. Separate fryer used too.
Everything seemed great until our food came. Ordered Surf and Turf combo. Roast beef sandwich was served on GF roll but lobster roll was on a regular hot dog bun (they do not have GF hot dog buns). Fortunately I could eat around it since I do not have Celiac (just sensitivity) but make sure you pay attention! Meals for my wife and daughter (who have Celiac) were fine.
We'll go back but that cost them 2 stars on my review!

I absolutely love this place. The roast beef is my favorite, but they have several tasty sandwiches that can be served on a gluten-free roll. Every time I ask for the GF bun, they always ask whether I have an allergy -- which I don't, but I appreciate that they seem to put a strong focus on checking.
They don't advertise the GF options on the menu, but when I told them I had a gluten allergy, the manager came over and explained what they could make. They have amazing GF rolls for sandwiches and I was able to have French fries.

Staff manager was rude about the allergy. Person at the desk told me they had no gluten free meat but had gluten free rolls. ( made no sense). When I questioned that she did check with her manager and was helpful and pleasant enough. Would be nervous going here of super sensitive.
I have both a gluten and dairy allergy. Looking at the menu, I thought we'd have to go someplace else, but when I went up to ask a few questions, our server was very helpful, double checked everything and even made some suggestions. I ended ordering a garden salad with a side of lobster on tip (one of the suggestions of my wonderful server). She also made sure to alert a manager and have everyone in the kitchen change their gloves.
We were at the Natick/Jordan's location during the week at about 11:30, so it wasn't very crowded. You might not received the same level of service when there is a huge line.
Disappointing.. Staff does not understand gluten free or cross contamination. I ordered a lobster roll without the roll. I asked for some lettuce and tomatoe. I was given 1 small piece of lettuce and 2 small slices of tomatoe. I left very hungry after spending almost $20.
They offer gluten free rolls!
They have gluten free buns but they are awful quality. You pay a $1 upcharge on an already overpriced meal for the privilege of eating a dense, dry bun that overpowers everything on your sandwich.
Unless dropping $14 to have sand for lunch is your thing...avoid.

Absolutely delicious food. Unfortunately I am as sick as a dog after having their Reuben on a toasted gf bun.

I asked if they had gluten free buns and they did! The cashier asked if I had an allergy or if it was preference (I said allergy to make it easier rather than saying celiac) and they were very accommodating. Gluten free bun was very tasty
