This is not a gluten-free kitchen and they are crowded and busy so of course there is cross contamination, but I have never been sickened. The staff have taken my orders seriously and I’ve ordered carefully.
As celiacs, we need to take responsibility for ourselves if we choose to eat in restaurants. Educate yourself about food prep and order accordingly.

Worse experience. Not sure if my waitress just didn’t know what gluten was? Ordered eggs, sausage, gf toast to be safe. Comes out eggs, sausage, and home fries. Confirmed the home fries are not gluten free and then told neither is the sausage. Ordered the cinnamon swirl pancakes. Got one down- brain fog and itchy lips. Not good

Server goes through the menu personally and tells you what is gluten free. They have a lot! Even pancakes and French toast. I had a blueberry lemon blintz that was awesome. Have eaten there many times and have never gotten sick. I have Celiac.

Wonderful waitstaff. Told her I was GF and she asked if it was Celiac. Had GF toast which tasted like Canyon. She warned me it was on a conveyor toaster...no problems. Excellent home made hash. Home fries are not GF. Wait staff substituted Irish baked beans.

I had the corned beef hash with some modifications - no home fries but offered baked beans instead and gluten free toast. The meal was delicious - best breakfast in Cape Cod hands down. They had many other GF options and the waitress was very knowledgeable about my options and recommendations. Will definitely return!!

I got the four berry French toast special with gluten free bread and it was delicious! I wish they advertised the gluten free options however, there was no indication of there being any gluten free options on the menu.

Food was delicious! Portions are huge! My daughter can’t have Gluten. She had gf french toast with strawberries. She really enjoyed it. She’s not celiac. She has a wheat allergy and a gluten sensitivity.

They did not have a specific gluten free menu or items labeled, however the waitresses was very knowledgeable. She said they had gluten free bread, pancakes French toast, etc. I tried to order a gluten free breakfast sandwich however she informed me the home fries it came with were not gluten free, could substitute baked beans . I then decided to order one of the specials which was a berry custard French toast. She said she was not sure about the custard being gluten free but checked with the kitchen and it was. I went with that and it was delicious ! Just wish they had gf home fries.

They have GF pancakes and French toast. I had the blueberry pancakes with lemon ricotta cheese. Fantastic. The corned beef hash as a side was huge and delicious. Get there early as lines form.

The menu didn’t list gluten free items but I asked the waitress and she was very helpful in listing all the options and what was or was not gluten free. Ended up with the pancakes and they were delicious!

We just had the best lunch and breakfast. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and gluten and dairy free herself. They have gluten free bread so you can make gluten free French toast or use it for a burger. I had the corned beef and hash which was incredible. The hash browns have a flour coating so weren’t safe but the waitress informed me about that. Love the Irish theme as well. We will be returning and most importantly I didn’t get sick.

I’m newly diagnosed celiac and still getting used to eating out. Also type 1 diabetic so my menu options are pretty slim now. I asked about gluten-free items and the waitress new exactly what I could and couldn’t have. I ordered a hash omelet which was large and very tasty. The home fries are not gluten free but the hash has potato in it so for me that was fine. The omelet came with two slices of gluten free toast which they also sell in their back gift store. As a substitute for the home fries they offer baked beans if it comes with your meal.

Keltic is hands down the best breakfast restaurant on Cape (GF or otherwise). While their menu doesn’t state gluten free items there’s a lot they can make gluten free. They use separate pans and utensils to cook GF items. I’ve eaten here many times and never gotten sick. I love the GF pancakes and French toast.

Fabulous for my Celiac self. A great breakfast with knowledgeable staff. Couldn’t have the sausage (ok, good to know), but having the staff that knowledge was totally worth it. The pancakes were to die for - so good! Highly recommended. They are also following COVID protocol. You have to wait a while for a table, but totally worth it.

Lots of pancakes and french toast too! I had the cinnamon pancakes and they were delicious! The waitress was very knowledgeable. I had no problems after eating here.
The gluten free cinnamon swirl pancakes at Keltic Kitchen were incredible! They definitely know their stuff and ask if you have Celiac when ordering. I felt safe eating there and did not get sick. I will definitely be back!
Yes
Gf pancakes and French toast. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and the pancakes are amazing! Our waitress was gluten and dairy free and told us exactly what was safe for us to eat.
Yes
Highly recommend this breakfast spot! Staff was very friendly, our server Anya was highly knowledgeable regarding GF. they have GF bread to substitute. I ordered the GF blueberry pancakes. Huge portion and absolutely delicious! Coffee was great. Price is reasonable. We will return next time we are at the cape!
Staff was so friendly and super knowledgeable and helpful with my allergy!!
They have a dedicated grill just for gf. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.
Yes
I love this place and visit every time I’m in the Cape. Waitstaff is very knowledgeable, including letting me know the home fries were not GF, but the French fries were. I tend to order the French toast, made in a pan, not on the grill. They understand cross contamination. They also sell the gf bread in the gift shop, but it is way spendy.
Yes
Soooo good!!! I ordered the cinnamon swirl pancakes and made my husband taste test them- they taste like the real thing! I actually didn't even ask about any other options. They did not have a separate gf menu, however the waitstaff is very helpful in pointing out all the things that can be made gf. I sat at the counter, which was cool, I love watching people cook. The chef took care to clean the griddle before my order and cook my food in a separate spot from the others. I highly recommend checking this place out. Get there early, it gets crowded!
Yes
Great food and service! Every staff member was very nice...Nico even chased us to the street to give me my credit card I left there. They have great gluten free options (pancake, french toast, hash) and the Hash is fantastic!
Was in Hyannis and went here for breakfast 2 days in a row. Excellent cinnamon swirl pancakes with bacon - so delicious and filling... and you wouldn’t know it was GF. Very celiac friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend it !!
Yes
Great food with no cross contamination problems at all. Went with my boyfriend on a busy Thursday afternoon and was surprised with how well the meal came out considering how busy it was and the small kitchen space they had to work with, but they went above and beyond my expectations. Menu is not clearly marked with gluten free items nor do they have a separate menu but the server was very informed about what was available gluten free and what was not, even taking the extra step to tell me the fries were breaded so I'd be informed. The kitchen also seemed very conscientious about my allergy, making sure to wipe down the utensils and kitchen space and cooking it in its own area. Very tasty and easy gluten free meal, thank you!!! If you are in the area i highly recommend you check it out!
Yes
Just Awesome! Go here. French toast, pancakes, various egg options, etc. Home fries are not GF and they can’t toast bread if celiac. You don’t need those extra carbs, though.
Yes
Only have a few types of pancakes that are GF. Home fries aren’t GF. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about Celiac.
Yes
10 stars! I suffer from celiac and this place is incredible. We didn't have to explain anything except that we need gluten free. They we're so friendly and cared about the allergy. Waitress gave us wrapped single butters because kitchen butter had possible contamination. She warned the toast is not 100% safe due to toaster and offered bread not toasted. They think of every detail so you don't have to. Food was incredible! French toast, eggs, corned beef hash, bacon, beans....we tried it all!
Yes
Staff was awesome. French toast was gluten dairy free. Incredible
Awesome GF pancakes!
Great place to have breakfast! They have gluten free pancakes, French toast, toast, omelets, and real maple syrup. The server was great and knew what we could and could not have and was aware of cross contamination concerns. Definitely would go back.
Yes
I had a great breakfast!! Cinnamon swirl pancakes, eggs and bacon
Outstanding cinnamon swirl pancakes! Tasted just like a cinnamon bun- this celiac was in heaven!
Would not recommend if also dairy free. Asked waitress what I could eat after giving her my allergy alert card & she said "the Ricotta lemon pancakes". I reminded her that ricotta is dairy & reiterated that I'm allergic to dairy and gluten. Ordered the gluten free French toast, she brought it out with 2 packets of syrup that was fake & reading the ingredients, not gluten free. Didn't feel confident eating here after that. My mom ate & then we left.
This place is fantastic! I stayed close, so I went back multiple times. I had their lemon blueberry ricotta pancakes (so filling I could only eat one), a Monte Cristo sandwich (my first since I was diagnosed four years ago - thickly sliced meat, SOOO good!!), and their corned beef hash (to die for!). My only wish is that I could also eat their fries or their home fries, but given their selection, I will take what I can get!! Definitely a great choice for breakfast or lunch on the cape!
Yes
Not good. The waitress didn't know what I was talking about. There are only three gluten free options on the menu, and contrary to what the menu says, there weren't others. I got plain, dry food, and it was 40 minutes from door to fork in the food. I didn't have a reaction, but I fought for that safety.
No
Very quaint and friendly! Our Irish waitress was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the gluten free options! Had an awesome breakfast!
Cannot say enough good things about this place. Covered in Irish charm and first responder patches from across the US with phenomenal food and knowledge of allergies/sensitivities. The cinnamon swirl gluten free pancakes are to die for.
Food is very good, large portions. GF pancakes and French toast available.
I order a Mediterranean omelet and due to the fact thy wee my able to toast my toast in a gf toaster, they substituted a cup of fresh fruit. Good prices, excellent service, knowledgeable f celiac disease. Worth the wait.
Great French breaf
