I felt so safe eating here, the chef answered all of my questions about cross contamination & cares a lot about providing gluten free options! Gluten free items are prepared in separate & dedicated GF pots.

I called and they told me all of their ramen broths are GF - they don’t use soy sauce, only tamari. They replace ramen noodles with rice noodles for the GF option. Soooo good!
