I was certain they'd made a mistake when my pizza arrived. The crust was far too fluffy and light. Owner Roberto let us know that he'd spent 14 years perfecting his Neapolitan-style GF crust, (worth the wait); he also confessed that nearly 30% of his sales were for gluten-free products. They have chianti, but try one of the reds for a bolder choice. I can't say enough good things about this pizza, which you can also order delivered frozen out of town.
