Kismet Bagels

GF bagels come from another Bakery. And they didn't have a safe way to toast the bagel safely. So I got a very cold cinnamon sugar bagel with schmear. They were definitely aware of limiting cross contamination. But eating a very cold, very hard bagel was not how I wanted to start the day.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Good

Very knowledgeable. If you tell them you have celiac, they will ensure the bagels are not toasted and they will open up a new container of cream cheese that is not contaminated. They partner with a bakery in Manyunk called flakely to get their gf bagels. They are knowledgeable about which bagel sandwiches are gf.
