GF items were not marked on the menu. The server informed us they offer gluten free pancakes, waffles, French toast and white bread. They also had GF coffee cake and chocolate chip cookies in the dessert case. These items were wrapped and kept separate from everything else.

My GF daughter chose the pancakes and a scrambled egg. She really enjoyed the food.

I have been coming here for quite awhile now every time I come to New Hampshire. I LOVE it so much. I just have a gluten sensitivity and they have great options for me! Had the crepes today with bananas and strawberries and it was to die for!

Came here for breakfast on my last day of vacation. Adorable little restaurant and delicious food. I had a GF waffle with fresh fruit and whipped cream, best waffle I’ve ever had. Our waitress had no trouble with my GF and nut allergies. I felt totally safe eating here!

Great pancakes! Staff was very kind as well as knowledgeable about cross contamination. We waited a little longer due to the small kitchen, and we had 4 orders of gf pancakes and crepes.

They have gluten free crumb cake and breads are amazing! The owner came out of the kitchen to answer questions, she said the kitchen does have gluten and wanted me to be aware! Very nice they do try to cater to GF however It's not a separate food area. I will go back just will not get the corned need hash; tasted good looked bad. Next time I'll get the chicken apple sausage!

Wow!!! Just wow!!! Amazing restaurant!!! I got the bi-plane ( pancakes, bacon, sausage, and eggs) it was amazing. I was adventurous and tried their duck bacon and is was amazing. The Service was very good, timely and knowledgeable about gluten free. I would recommend trying to call ahead because it is a very busy place. I was very impress and pleased with this breakfast experience.

I think had it not been slammed with business (there was an hour wait) there might have not been any cross contamination. Besides my boyfriend getting sick the food was really tasty and our server was incredibly sweet. Again, I think that if we went back on a less busy day it might have turned out differently.

Awesome food, friendly and knowledgable wait staff! Lots of gluten free options, my waitress basically told me ANYTHING on the menu can be made GF. And even warned me about cross-contamination of the home fries. Had fruit instead and it was the most beautiful fruit salad I've ever had! Fresh raspberries, bananas, blackberries, melon! Gluten free Cranberry Orange French toast was also off the wall good! 10/10 - will come back for sure!

So impressed with the GF options though we did wait a very long time for our food (with a 3 yr old) and they were out of the white bread I ordered so I ended up getting cinnamon raisin (GF) and it was not bad, if a little dry. GF pancakes were pretty good.

My husband enjoyed the gf pancakes with bacon and home fries. The rest of the family enjoyed their meals as well. Portions are very large and you have option to order smaller portions which we did. Food was fresh and homemade breads were delicious. I highly recommend the family eat here.

Lots of gf options! The crepes were amazing!! Fill em with whatever you want! The chef was so good too and let me know I was ordering something w gluten ingredients. The service was a bit slow with lot of athletes looking for their recovery breakfast but they managed well. Coffee was flowing! Don't trust the reviews saying the pancakes were undercooked. The crepes were amazing! And gluten ones were good too said my tablemate!

One of the best restaurants we've had breakfast at, GF or not. Very good GF pancakes (a little denser than my wife likes, but I loved them), and the best GF crepes we've ever tasted. The eggs and bacon were pedestrian (not super crispy bacon - and somewhat unseasoned eggs), but the home fries were spectacular, the grits were very good, and the hot chocolate was adored by my daughter. Very wide selection of choices, so there was something for everyone, and lots we can't wait to try next time! We couldn't have been happier!

l used to eat here often before I was diagnosed gluten intolerant. my first meal without gluten was alright, but definitely could have been a lot better. I ordered the "bi-plane". Although delicious tasting, my pancakes weren't cooked. they were extremely doughy. the bacon tasted a bit plastic-y and was also not cooked thoroughly (which was a super bummer for me because I like mine extra crispy). the home fries were the best part of the meal, and I was glad I got extra of those, it was so worth it! I am allergic to eggs so that's why I got more homefries instead.

our waitress was decent although she didn't come back to check on us much. we will probably go back again, since the others really liked their gluten-filled foods, and now I know to specify how I like my thinhs cooked. I think sometimes it may be stressful for a chef to be cooking under celiac circumstances for a mixed party. oh also, I did have to ask for real maple syrup.

Really good breakfasts. My wife (Celiac) always gets something good and GF while I enjoy a pig pile or an SOS.

If you're in the area, well worth it.

Delighted to arrive and discover that the owners are very aware and responsive. GF breads and biscuits are made on site. It was so nice to have the option to have Eggs Bene if I chose to! We feel so lucky to have Kitchen Cravings available as a breakfast and lunch option. Highly recommend.

This place was wonderful. I felt the girl serving us knew more than me for once. She informed us which cheeses were unsafe and helped me have a great lunch time sandwich. My daughter had the crepes and the pancakes. I would go there again... The food was home-style cooking, The only thing missing was that the pastries were all normal and not gluten free but I got to eat a sandwich with real good bread , so I didnt have room for it anyway
