We have gone three times and have had great gf pizza and never had issues. Cool casual beach vibe.
I went to knockout pizza after reading the reviews here, and they lived up to the hype. Great service and I didn’t get sick. I am new to being gluten free but have found that I’m very sensitive to cross contamination. So excited to have a safe spot for pizza night!
I had the gf cheese pizza. It was really good. I went back the next day day and ordered it again. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable about cross contamination. I have Celiac and didn’t have any issues.

Neighborhood-type pizza place. Small and unique. Pizza was fantastic and it was a fun experience. Staff was flexible and knowledgeable. They said they had a separate area and would change gloves. I never give 5 hearts, unless it’s a GF establishment, but I felt safe and my two Celiac kids did not get sick. Would recommend and go back next time we are in the area. I came to the Carlsbad location because of the ratings. Not sure if all locations would have approaches.

Went to Knockout Pizza a couple days ago and it was delicious! Had the gluten-free white cheese pizza and it was so yummy! They made my pizza separately and it seemed super safe. Two days later and I didn’t get sick!
We ordered takeout and staff was very knowledgeable on the phone! They take precaution by changing gloves and using a separate oven. I ordered half bbq, half white stone and it was delicious! We also had the house salad. Would definitely recommend!!
Expect to wait! If you are ordering a GF pizza, they are very careful but that also means you should expect to wait a long time. We have been here a few times, my celiac son loves it.
They were totally familiar with celiac preparations. My daughter had an excellent gluten free pizza. She ate all of it!! It was so wonderful to be able to eat out knowing she wouldn’t be sick afterwards.
Wow! What a find! The pizza was amazing. And such a comfort to know it’s safe for celiacs. They explained how they prepare it separately from the walk-in ingredients and one of the employees who isn’t preparing pizzas with flour is the one who makes it. Pizza was not expensive especially for gf. The crust was thin but had a nice doughy texture too. We will be back next time we are in town for sure.
10” GF pizza available and it’s delicious!! Staff was knowledgeable, prepared in a separate area and cooked on a pan in the oven, zero issues. Pepp, mush, onions 😍👍🏼
I ordered sausage, pepperoni and jalapeño pizza, plus a hard kombucha. It was good and I didn’t get sick. They had several more gluten free adult beverages available.
So I ventured to try their GF pizza and was very clear I'm also Celiac. And Anna was awesome, sweet 😊 and accommodating with my request. She took the time to explain to me the process on how they prepare my pizza.💖 So that's a huge plus to me . I highly recommend this place👍👍👍
Super delicious. I had a pepperoni pizza here. Hot and crispy and lovely. Very nice treat. Be aware it is a 10” so I wouldn’t plan on sharing. They list a signature gf and I’m a little sorry I didn’t ask about it or get one to go. They made my pizza in a separate area and everything- took an extra 20 min so don’t be chuffed about waiting
Ordered a pepperoni and olive gf pizza and a salad. The crust was thin, which I like, but undercooked. Pizza folded in on itself. Flavor was okay, but I would not recommend coming here for pizza. Salad was $15 and didn’t have any protein (just large pieces of lettuce, walnuts, Gorgonzola, and mandarin slices). Seemed overpriced. All in all, would not recommend this place.
Separate space to make gluten free pizza. Lots of toppings. Servers very helpful with gluten, dairy, soy allergies. Big pizzas, gluten free were 10 inch. Very tasty!
I emailed the owner through another app to ask if their gluten free pizza was safe for my celiac son and he gave me one of the most knowledgeable and thorough answers I've ever received. He started by saying that because there will always be the risk of airborne flour particles, no pizza place place can ever be 100% gluten free. He then listed all the safe handling precautions they use to minimize that risk from washing hands and changing gloves to prepping the pizza in their walk in cooler. The staff is also very knowledgeable about what toppings are gluten free (everything but the meatballs) and safe handling practices. Three visits, zero reactions. Oh... and the pizza is awesome, too.
