I would normally order a gluten-free hibachi, which they would put rice, chicken, and vegetables. It would make my stomach hurt a little, but I was still eating it. The last time I had it, I found a lo mein noodle right in my rice. Even though they are sure it’s gluten-free, it definitely is not and they are clearly not celiac friendly.

Ordered the pad thai with chicken and coconut thai soup. Was assured that most items on extensive menu could be made GF. Servers were courteous and knowledgeable. They offer GF soy sauce and lots of sushi and even hibachi. I have celiac and had no reaction. Not sure about how they manage no cross contamination but kitchen are is open and very clean.
