Not Celiac safe! Beware. Also their soy sauce has wheat last time I checked.
No
After we ordered and paid, the staff came out and said that if my daughter was allergic to gluten then we should not eat here. Even though they have GF on their menu. So we had to leave. Unsafe.
No
I loved it! Crunchy Rice ban with delicious meat!
Just like the location in Walnut Creek, the menu is a little different but the GF options are basically the same. Easy, tasty, relatively cheap, a win in my book. I do think much of the food is quite sweet so for example I have the korean bbq but without the pineapple so it's not as sweet. Hot sauce helps too! I have celiac and felt fine after eating here and in the WC location, as long as I don't eat the fries. They say they are GF but I don't feel great when I eat them so I avoid them now.
Yes
They e had problems with saying things are gluten free when not. I’d be very cautious about this place.

Oh, lord. Okay, so this place is delicious, and there are a LOT of gluten free options. The staff, however, isn’t always super aware, as I discovered when I went there the other day and a staff member informed me that a dish that I’d ordered several times, and had been assured every time I asked previously was gluten free, was not, in fact, gluten free. (For context, I’m celiac but don’t tend to have reactions to mild glutenings/cross-contamination incidents.) This place genuinely has amazing food, but because of that it’s probably going to be a while before I eat here again. If you’re super-sensitive, maybe think twice before trying this out, or at least be careful with the menu.

False labeling!
The items marked 'gluten free' contain wheat. Disclosed on their website but not in person. According to the Food and Drug Administration restaurants should NOT be representing their wheat-based soy sauce as gluten-free.

I did not know this when I ate there and had a reaction.
