We talked with the host and think she might be the manager. She mentioned fryer cross contact without us asking, so I feel she understands gluten. She said it would be easier to point out what isn't safe on the menu because there is so much that is GF. Most of the menu is either GF or can be made GF other than fried foods. Our meal was fabulous.
