Got a sampling of 15 dishes here for lunch. Great experience! Staff knows about allergies and has an allergen list for the food items. It was a bit hectic checking each item on the conveyor belt against the allergen list, but I got used to it quickly. I’d say about 1/4 of the overall menu is gluten-free. My partner and I didn’t have a problem finding 15 GF dishes to try.
Due to the mass-production nature of the restaurant, I’d be careful about cross-contamination. The kitchen looked neat and well-organized, but even still it may not be worth the risk for sensitive celiacs. I took a GliadinX pill beforehand and I felt fine during and after eating there. I also brought my own GF soy sauce, so I’m not sure if they have tamari available.
I’ll definitely be going back!
