I’m a former employee (left because of school schedule change, not any issues) and also have wheat and rye allergies. My boyfriend has celiac. Having the inside perspective really helped us feel safe here. Fried things are fried with corn starch, soy sauce is swapped for gf version, hibachi is made in a separate and clean area. Ordering online is a little tricky because it shows two gluten free options, but just be clear online or in person that you have an allergy! :)
