Most of the cake cabinet products were individually wrapped, and a lot of the sandwiches could be made with gluten free bread. The staff were great and very accommodating!

We had LA Bakery make meat/cheese, fruit/veggie trays, cupcakes and the cutting cake for our granddaughter's wedding. The trays were excellent and the cakes were outstanding. You wouldn't know that the cakes were gluten-free. We also like them for breakfast and lunch. Patronize this restaurant!

The banana coconut pancakes almost made me cry. They were absolutely incredible. This was our first time here but definitely won’t be our last. The service was amazing! The lemon bar was delicious.

Tried out the gf lemon bar (so good!) and will definitely be back. Pleasantly surprised at the large number of gf baked goods. Main menu looks pretty good too- lots of gf.

Updated to say that I’ve been back many times…lots of options all across the menu. Great soups.

They had many labeled Gf products in the food case. I had the pancakes (fluffy & delicious) and they were are aware of celiacs.

Great little place. Very accommodating for my gf family and for my wife who can’t have any starches or sugars. The kids has fresh fish sticks from a restaurant for the first time ever. And getting to have. Sweet potato fries that we gf was great.

Best gluten free in Carson City!!

We live in Carson and have eaten at this restaurant many times. Both my wife and I and a couple of our staff are gluten free. We all have had spotty results with our experiences over the years. We thought we had identified the safe foods until last week (July 2018). Both my wife and I had serious intestinal issues and then for me the brain fog began. I had a burger with no bread and some french fries, that was it. My wife had a tuna sandwich on gluten free bread. She also had some of my fries. I am not sure what the culprit was but I was say beware to anyone truly gluten sensitive. This may be the result of recent growing pains. I just don't know. I know they make an effort but as you know, your don't get points for effort in this game.

My son (non celiac) found us this place (on FMGF) while we were in CC on holiday. We stopped in for lunch, even though I was skeptical.

I am, perhaps, overly protective of my wife and daughter and, knowing how flour stays in the air, generally avoid any bakery that isn't a dedicated space. This one, while definitely a bakery cafe, was okay. They don't bake their GF bread in-house, so that's reassuring. They also have GF tortillas. They have a dedicated fryer for french fries and their falafels are also GF. The staff was very knowledgeable, as well as being friendly and understanding. They did have a GF brownie (and other treats) that they baked in-house, but we passed on those. ymmv on that. The non-GF food was good too. All in all, my wife and daughter were fine after eating there and we would certainly go back.

The desserts were amazing!

I am a very sensitive gluten intolerant person. I really enjoy eating here. I love their gluten free lemon bars. Fresh squeezed orange juice in the mornings is so good. I have had their omelets, salads, gluten free wraps. I have always had a very nice experience here with no gluten reactions. Very nice staff and a fun place to go for breakfast, lunch or just for a special treat.

Have been here many times and have NEVER gotten glutenated awesome place to eat.

Oh and soups are always gluten free AND vegan!!!

excellent soup and sandwiches! found this on the gf app on our way up to Tahoe. would recommend, and would stop here if in the area again.

I love the extensive selection of gluten free items - almost the entire menu is available. My non-gf husband and I both enjoyed our sandwiches. Good-tasting, fresh food.

One of my favorite places to eat when I'm in town. Have eaten there multiple times with no issue. Very tasty sandwiches!
