Great restaurant! Davide, the owner, was very helpful explaining / ensuring I was comfortable with the GF process. I had pizza one night and then pasta (and pizza) the next day. They buy the pizza crusts pre-made and use separate ingredients and bake them in their own dish.

Another perk to this place is that it's open out of season. Every AIC certified location was closed when we were there, so this was the only option we had. Luckily it was delicious!
