To clarify, in France a savory pancake is a galette made with buckwheat. A sweet pancake is a crepe made with wheat. La Cloche makes their galettes with 100% buckwheat flour, zero wheat. I had a savory galette with ham and egg. I asked if they would be willing to make a sweet galette for me since I'm GF and they did. I had a banana chocolate galette and it was delicious. So even if it's not on the menu, ask!
