Very knowledgeable. Server alerted me that complimentary bread was not gf. When my bread was brought to the table the server brought out separate oil to dip it in to avoid cross-contamination. Selection of fresh gf pasta. Almost any dish can be made gf. Small wooden marker was on my plate when the food came to mark it as gf. Server alerted me everything is properly sanitized.
