Staff understanding is extremely limited.
Good salad options
The staff was helpful & willing to accommodate but their list of allergies to include gluten free was not inclusive of all options. The tomato soup was listed as GF so I ordered that with no problem, and a salad made in a clean bowl with lettuce, strawberries, dried cranberries and tomatoes -- they have limited selections for a make your own option with a side of fruit. Since bread if their staple and served free of charge with all meals I'd love to see them offer a gluten-free option.
I love this place, but you need to be really careful about what you eat. The salads can be made in a clean bowl without croutons. I've never had a problem with the tomato soup or strawberries romanov. I avoid anything made on the flat top due to the risk of cross contamination, but I would love to know if the potato galette is something I could eat now. I used to love it, before we figured out what was wrong with my gut a few years back.In general, excellent food, but be smart about it and exercise good judgement.
No
Staff did not know about gluten allergies and I ended up just getting an ok salad. Pricey for very little gluten free options. Wouldn't recommend.

Fair amount of GF options. Everything is separated cafeteria style. Felt comfortable eating there.

Not a lot of GF options - ended up with a standard salad. Asked about gluten free accommodations and was informed that meal was prepackaged and couldn’t be modified

They mark GF items on their menu, but their knowledge of GF is minimal. I ordered the balsamic glazed salmon with mashed potatoes and green beans. They told me they would have to leave the glaze off because it’s not GF, but then brought my meal with a large piece of French bread laying across everything. 🙄 I’ve searched and can’t find a commercial or recipe version of balsamic glaze that contains gluten. They just remove the sauces from everything as a precaution and don’t even bother to educate themselves on their ingredients.
