This bakery is truly a gem. The entire facility is gluten free. The owner is celiac and was a pastry chef for 20+ years so he knows what he’s doing. They are so friendly. The baked goods, pastries, pizza, quiches are amazing. I wish I had more time in Provence I would go back every day.

Delicious choice of sandwiches, quiches and bagels. Mouth watering patisseries and macarons, and most of all real crispy heavenly GF French baguette. The chef is super nice and friendly ( and knows his GF stuff!). Even ice creams with GF cones. Ideally situated on the picturesque centre. A must go to!

What an amazing bakery! Everything is gluten free and there are so many choices, both sweet and savoury. It was nice to be able to have a little treat when I was out as I struggle to do this normally. The service was so friendly too.

The staff is so nice and everything is gluten free. Wide range of gluten free options (baguettes, macarons, quiche, etc). So glad this exists!

Entirely gluten free bakery. Best baguette I've had to date! It tastes almost completely authentic. The pastries I tried were just the right amount of sweet too. Everything was so good.

The head baker also has celiac disease and has been working on his recipe for over 8 years. He makes his own cones for gelato, and sells bags of his own flour mix and has recipes online.

I highly recommend if you are in the area.
