Entirely gluten free bakery. Best baguette I've had to date! It tastes almost completely authentic. The pastries I tried were just the right amount of sweet too. Everything was so good.
The head baker also has celiac disease and has been working on his recipe for over 8 years. He makes his own cones for gelato, and sells bags of his own flour mix and has recipes online.
I highly recommend if you are in the area.
