They offer an extensive gluten free menu, but several items either aren’t actually gluten free or are cross contaminated. Steak is marinated in soy sauce and all grilled meats/veggies are made on the same surface. They did prepare chicken for me in a separate pan. Rice, beans, and tortilla chips are safe (chips are all fried first thing in the morning before anything else touches the oil). Manager, waitress, and head chef all took it very seriously and were very accommodating. Just be sure to communicate well before you order.
Actually negative one star but not an option. Do not eat here. I repeat their gluten free is NOT for celiacs. The chips are fried with all flour tortillas as are all taco shells. So don't eat the chips, nachos, and tacos. The rice is also fried. So if you want a soft shell chicken taco with double beans and no appetizers.... This is your place. Don't be fooled by the long menu it's not real.
