The server seemed confused about what gluten was and about celiac disease / cross contamination, which made ordering a challenge. He told me to avoid the corn tortillas so for breakfast my meal was just an egg on beans. As a celiac, I wouldn’t go back until they figure things out.

The tamales here are authentic, as are the beans and salsa that accompany them. I tried several different kinds over two visits and had no reaction.

Great simple place taste exactly as if travelling in south america
Lots of GF choices. Delicious and cute presentation. No gluten pain after = no contamination!
Much of the menu was GF. I shared four different dishes with my family and all were excellent! We finished off the meal with dessert (corn cake--amazing). The various fresh juices were also very good. Our Montreal favorite!

Everything is on homemade corn tortillas. The menu is simple with only a few things containing gluten - everything is marked on the menu - but delicious!
