We’ve eaten here twice with no issues. The rice crust is fantastic. It tastes like a regular thin crust but just a little bit sweeter. The food is delicious. The gluten free pizzas are cooked in the same oven as the normal ones, but they put them on special platters so they don’t get contaminated. The workers are also knowledgeable on the measures they take to keep your food safe.
Gluten free crust is a 3 dollar up charge.

Larson's Pizza Joint in Wasilla is a delight for those who have Celiac Disease or other gluten-related food allergies. The staff is very well versed on Gluten-free food preparation, including safe kitchen and cross contamination issues. The owner Dwayne came to our
and shared that he uses commercially prepared rice or cauliflower crusts, which are individually shrink wrapped and frozen. Each GF pizza is cooked in an oven separate from other foods. The sauces and cheese blends for the pizza offerings are prepared in-house and are very tasty.
If you are in South Central Alaska and Wasilla in particular, make Larson's your stop for 🍕.
As of August 4, 2023, GF buns are available for hamburger and other sandwich options.

The owner came out, thanked us for letting him know that it was a serious gluten intolerance. He said he cleans the space, uses dedicated pans and gets new cheese and toppings! He asked us which crust we liked better, rice or cauliflower, and thanked us for the feedback.
