YUM! I never would have imagined being able to find a place that could do delicious French pastries without either gluten or dairy. But this place does, and really well. We spent $60 in treats to last for days, and then ate a whole baguette within about an hour of leaving there. The eclairs are so good! (My only complaint is that the ambiance at the bakery is not very nice, but the counter person was lovely and friendly, even though I didn’t speak French.)
So many delicious pastries, including a few savoury items and loaves of bread. Everything is also dairy free, but if you’re like me and enjoy dairy, you won’t miss it. All my foodie non-GF companions were impressed and said they would never have known they were GF. My favorites were the fruit danishes - very moist and flaky. The cream puff items (ie eclairs) were also delicious but on the dry side.
Hands down the best gluten free pastries that we have had - ever! The entire bakery is gf and has a fantastic selection of gf items. We stopped here with others who are not gf who agreed that their baked goods are excellent and barely distinguishable from non-gf baked goods of exceptional quality
Absolutely amazing. Everything we tried was incredible! From pain au chocolat and croissants to danishes and eclairs. The first gluten-free patisserie I've been to, and what a treat it was! It will be a must-visit every time I'm in Montreal.
