This is a family run restaurant. They know what is in the food and can point out what is safe to eat. They can make gluten free chips and taquitos which is what I had today but I did have to wait for them to heat up fresh oil as the regular frier did have cross contamination. I thought the food was tasty and a step up from the normal suburban Mexican fare. I was happily full after my meal and did not get sick. They recommend calling ahead for fresh oil and chips to be ready when you arrive.
