Review of Las Hadas Bar and Grill

This is hands-down the BEST service I have ever received as a celiac. My husband mentioned that I'm celiac while making a reservation. When we arrived, we were greeted with a celiac menu and the manager immediately came over (without us asking!) to explain their gluten-free protocol in detail and assure me that he'd be in communication with the kitchen. The waitress also assured us of the same thing. Chips are made in a shared fryer so I got grilled corn tortillas with my guac and they brought out separate salsas so my husband could dip his chips without cross-contaminating mine. It was hard choice cause everything on the menu looked delicious, fajitas were out of this world. My husband said his burrito was one of the best he had ever had, he said he felt bad telling me since I couldn't have a bite. 😂 THANK YOU SO MUCH, Las Hadas for outstanding service and going above and beyond! Can't wait to come back after I have this baby so I can try the drink specials!
