I emailed manager ahead of time. Here is how she responded to my questions.

Yes, we have a gluten free fryer. It is a gluten free/vegan fryer so not all items can be done in it. No, the haystacks are not GF. We have a GF Soy Sauce. Yes, the salt and pepper chips are GF, as well as our corn chips. Our regular house fries are not GF. Our Sweet Potato fries are GF.

We offer GF pizza crusts and burger buns.

I got the cheeseburger, added bacon and gluten-free bun. It came with potato chips and onion dip. It was delicious! The poppy seed bun held up pretty good.
