Review of Le Thai

Le Thai is my favorite Thai in Las Vegas. I've always informed the waitstaff, even when my preferred dishes are naturally GF (e.g. the Green and Panang curries.) We've also had the Pad Thai as well, without issue.

We did have one near-issue, a newer waitperson grabbed the wrong Thai Fried Rice for my mother (she had requested GF) and we were not informed until about five minutes later, once she had already started eating. Fortunately, she didn't have a reaction (she isn't Celiac, but is GF for other medical reasons) and the manager comped our entire table.
