Review of Leaky Cauldron

Okay, I'm a huge Harry Potter fan and getting to eat in the Leaky Cauldron is a neat experience--it looks really cool! And it's awesome that Universal included some GF options here. But...sadly, in most other respects this was a disappointment. The GF pancakes definitely tasted GF (NOT a compliment), and the bacon was super greasy and soggy. It's also absurdly expensive, especially as it's just a step up from fast food--you order at a counter and then find a seat. They brought the food out extremely quickly, which made me think that the food is all pre-cooked and they just dump it on a plate and bring it out. Yuck. It's worth going once to get to see the decor and to feel like you got the full Harry Potter experience, but there are many other options in the area that are less expensive and higher quality.
