Ledo Pizza has two gluten-free crusts, one made of gluten-free flour avd and the other made of cauliflower. Their menu states that they cannot guarantee that food is not cross-contaminated. When we made it clear we needed gluten-free food, the manager came out and explained that the gluten-free crusts are made elsewhere and come in wrapped packages so it sounds like they minimize the handling. We enjoyed the pizza and my son (who has Celiac disease) did not complain of a tummy ache.
This was the best gluten free pizza I have had since being diagnosed with celiac. My husband and I both got the gluten free crust, extra cheese-which I recommend and our toppings. You can dine in here, even though when site says “no”. So nice to have a good pizza.

Staff isn’t very aware or knowledgeable which didn’t make me feel good. If you’re sensitive to cross contamination then don’t eat here.

I had the crust that is not cauliflower and it was decent. I’m a little bias though, being from NY. It’s def no NY pizza. My family had their regular pizza though and they said “even gas station pizza is better than this” 🤪 Also, the non-GF pizza slices are sooooooo small (just an fyi if you’re ordering for others who eat gluten). Wings are breaded and therefore not gf.
