I have celiac and I’m very sensitive to cross contamination. The cauliflower crust individual pizza was very tasty and had a nice texture. I had mushrooms, onions and black olives on mine. Usually only eat 1/2 of an individual myself, but I ate 7 out of 9 pieces from Ledo’s.

I haven't had any problems with cross contamination from ledos. they now have several different options for gf dishes and the lady that works there is awesome. I go to ledos about once a week for lunch. It's easy and don't have to worry.
Their gluten free pizza is delicious and huge! Well worth the price.
They make their gf crust but they state that none of the toppings are gluten free. Certainly a person who MUST eat gluten free can't eat here.
No
Has a gluten free pizza. There may be cross contamination but that's the same with any gluten free pizza in a restaurant. I personally liked the pizza. It was sweet. I suspect it was made with sweet rice flour. If you like your pizza sweet then this is an option for you.
Fantastic gluten free pizza. Best I’ve had from a restaurant

Ledos never lets me down. Love the cauliflower crust pizza. Curbside pickup during the pandemic was quick and easy.

Ledo Pizza has two gluten-free crusts, one made of gluten-free flour avd and the other made of cauliflower. Their menu states that they cannot guarantee that food is not cross-contaminated. When we made it clear we needed gluten-free food, the manager came out and explained that the gluten-free crusts are made elsewhere and come in wrapped packages so it sounds like they minimize the handling. We enjoyed the pizza and my son (who has Celiac disease) did not complain of a tummy ache.
