Great service!! The chef came out and assured us they took every precaution they could! The fryer does not have gluten items Fried in it so you can have the French fries or the onion strings! I had the grilled shrimp, French fries and polenta no problems! (And some of my husbands onion strings - they made his meal gf too so that I could have some of his!)
