The manager was requested by myself to go over safety issues for gluten free issues. The chef came out with the entrees which was reassuring. All dedication fryer questions were anzwered.

The previous beer batter had been removed two months previous. There no complications,no cross contaminations, and I am ultra reactive to gluten dust and airborne gluten. I had no problems and would highly recommend talking to the management should you be Celiac and have read any previous comments from an earlier timeframe.
