I know everyone raves about legoland being GF so we were very excited to try! And first off I have to say they do have many options. But we had such a HORRIBLE experience at the all-u-can eat pasta/pizza place it overshadowed our whole experience. We are a Gf family due to 3 of us having severe allergies, so we were thrilled to find good reviews of the restaurant. Well there are 6 of us and we asked for gf pizza and pasta, we talked directly to the manager that day and he seemed bothered by our request and was not informative or helpful at all. He seemed to want us to guess at what our options were and seemed bothered by our request for gf garlic bread too. And it's not a cheap option for 6 of us so we weren't sure how much to order for us all to eat and he gave no help in trying to figure that out either. So we finally ordered 4 pizzas and 4 pasta dishes. He kept saying, "the pasta takes a really long time". Yes I know I cook it often, and it's really not that long. Well the pizza came out in about 20 minutes, not a big deal. Was yummy. No pasta, 10 minutes later he comes out and says, "it will be about 10 more minutes, the pasta takes a really long time." Ok we smiled. And waited, and waited. My GF allergic 10 year old really wanted her buttered pasta and so we continued to wait. No manager ever came back to the table. We were missing precious park time for my kids. After an HOUR WE FINALLY JUST WALKED OUT. Obviously you pay ahead of time. It's experiences like this that make it very hard for kids with allergies to not feel bad or as if they are a bother to people who are preparing their food. It was so disappointing.
