Cashier tried to tell me all of their baguettes are GF. I questioned her, as it seems highly unlikely, and she reassured me that her manager had told her that before. They do have GF options, but staff should be better trained.

— Not at all

How much of the menu is available gluten-free?

— Some

I’ve been a customer of theirs for a long time. This is the first time I’ve been glutened and I will most likely not go back. I took all the necessary precautions to let them know about my celiac’s disease and urged them to note it. Apparently they didn’t do so and I’m paying the consequence.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Good

I’ve had Pho here about 5 times now. I haven’t tried anything else but the pho is for sure 100% gluten free. Never gotten sick. They have a menu with gluten free options and you can ask the cashier they’re more than willing to help. Great Experience!

Staff is very knowledgeable about menu options. All their pho is gluten free, as are their vermicelli and zucchini noodle bowls, and all the versions of the noodle bowls are GF with the exception of the hoisin chicken with is *not* GF. Tofu is marinated in GF soy sauce too. Fabulous and flavorful food!
