Very good food! Most items are GF or can be made GF. We had the baba ghanoush (w/ gf crackers not the pita bread) and I had the special which was crispy skin duck with risotto. It was GF without them having to make any changes but the waitress had to ask the chef to confirm, as it wasn't advertised as such. I think all their desserts were GF but many had nuts, though that wasn't made clear on the menu. (I have a nut allergy in addition to celiac. Yeah, me... 😉) I wish their menu was more clear about all the ingredients, or common allergens but they had many GF options and the food was tasty. Also portions were nice size. Sometimes 'fancy' restaurants give you tiny bits of food for what you pay. They were definitely higher-end (i.e. $$$) but you didn't leave hungry. Good food, nice ambiance, attentive waitstaff and I'd go again!

I had stopped going to Level 2 a few years ago due to lack of GF options. I decided to try it again when I walked by their menu and noticed gluten free calamari on their menu. New owners and new head chef. Their new chef is from Zydeco, so he knows how to do GF! I was told the entire menu is essentially either GF or can be made GF, and their fryer is dedicated GF, and entire dessert menu is GF! I had an awesome calamari, fries, crab cakes, and habanero carrot cake! I’ll definitely be back! UPDATE: we went there again and it is still fantastic! VERY GF friendly menu, knowledgeable staff, I’m celiac and felt very safe! If you are GF and haven’t tried this place yet you are missing out!
