Review of Lewis Barbecue

All the meat is marked gluten free, the house sauces are gluten free and so are most of the side. I got pulled pork, a sausage link, collard greens & potato salad and chose the green Chile sauce. It was all delicious!! When I told them I had a gluten allergy, the team changed gloves, cleaned the area, and brought in new utensils & cutting board. Super impressed. Great experience.
