I was a little leery when I walked in (since most people look at me like I'm some sort of alien when I start asking about GLUTEN) but as soon as I got the word out my mouth they told me they had many gluten-free menu items and asked what I wanted bc they know if it's got gluten in it. I got the fried spring rolls (they're made with rice paper which I knew but he said there's no gluten added in--but I didn't think to ask if they are fried in shared oil) and the shrimp vermicelli with rice noodles and it was very good.
