Review of Lilli and Loo

This place has some tasty gf grub. I got the sesame chicken per everyone’s reviews and did enjoy it. Felt very safe eating there, they clearly take gf order seriously and have established protocols. The reason it gets 4 stars is because they were super rude. It was a whole ordeal just getting a table then it was 20 minutes before we even got water, meanwhile both tables next to us were being served. My husband and I are incredibly polite, so maybe we’re just not accustomed to NY culture, but it definitely dampened our evening. I’d still go back for the food but just be aware they’re not the nicest.
