Was excited to see separate cinnamon rolls and frosting and even a separate microwave to warm. HOWEVER, after ordering and asking the employee if she could please be extra careful as I have Celiac she went to finish a gluten order to which she touched the edge of parchment with food on it. She then directly moved to put together our order without washing her hands. I had already paid and decided to let my non-celiac family enjoy the cinnamon rolls without me. While the rolls were in the dedicated microwave, she went back to do another gluten order touching pastry parchment with food on it, and then asked if we wanted silverware and napkins, to which she handled the with her gluten contaminated hands. Could I have tried to eat the middle of the cinnamon roll yes, but the fork was contaminated. At this point it wasn’t even worth it. If the service doesn’t wash hands or wear gloves between touching gluten vs gluten free then I can’t trust they bake the food in a safe manner. Sad :( why bother to go to that extent and ruin it at the finish!
