Amazing! What a blessing to find a celiac safe place when on vacation and not expecting it. This little cafe isn’t 100% gf, but they are extremely aware of cross contamination, and most everything is gf. The staff was on it, so kind, and the food was delicious. And they’re open for breakfast lunch and early dinner. Grateful to have safe food all day. The waffle was incredible!! Best gf waffle I’ve ever had.

Amazing dedicated GF baked goods and lots of coffee and tea choices. The Lavender-lemon Bundt cake and frosted applesauce cookies are to die for!!! adorable merch too. 🥰🥰🥰

I had high hopes for this restaurant after reading the reviews. While I did not get glutened, the waffle was cold and the fruit on top was still frozen. I'll give them a 2nd chance.

I went in not knowing what to expect. All of their baked goods are gluten free and the variety is incredible! I got a chicken salad sandwich with their house made gluten free bread and was in heaven. It's now hours later and I feel fantastic and I'm a very symptomatic celiac. The owner also has celiac so they are so knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Great experience! Everything can be made gluten free and vegan. Lots of pre baked goods and options. Lots of alternative milks for espresso.

Son had the vegan and gluten free waffles and it was amazing. All of the staff is knowledgeable and gladly checked ingredients for other allergies.

This cafe goes down as one of my all time favorite places for breakfast!! We stopped in while traveling and we’re hopeful for a good experience. The owner apparently has celiac disease and her bakery and facility is gluten free. My husband enjoyed his egg and cheese sandwich and a cinnamon rope (he is not GF but found the food really great). I had an epic waffle with berries and a fantastic cup of coffee ❤. The waffle was sooo fluffy I actually thought it was a gluten waffle (which is when I discovered the entire place is GF). This waffle was so delicious I truly wish I lived in Alaska just so I could stop by several times a week! We picked up a lemon shortbread cookie and an almond cake for our travels back East. Both were equally delicious. If you are ever in Fairbanks, do yourself a favor and stop by this lovely place. You will not regret it!

Amazing, excellent gf options, including desserts. Cupcakes are fantastic, and desserts list other possible allergens. Highly recommend, we visited every day we were in town.

The most delicious gluten free and celiac safe Belgian waffles were a highlight of our trip to Fairbanks. They were so good, I ordered them each morning. And the gf cookies were absolutely scrumptious. If I have to pick a favorite, it’s the peanut butter cookie. But they were all so delicious I wish I lived in Fairbanks to feast on more. Cute spot, kind people and great (safe) food.

I love the Little Owl! I travel to Fairbanks at least once a month for work, and I always make it a point to stop in for lunch. All of their baked goods are gluten-free and scrumptious!!

Little Owl Cafe is the perfect place for a celiac to eat - the owner has CD! She is very strict about making sure her staff keep the kitchen safe. Nearly everything is GF (they offer gluten wraps/bread for the sandwiches) and EVERYTHING in the pastry case is GF!! Wish I could eat here all the time, sadly I was visiting Alaska and we went the last night we were there. If I ever get back, I'll eat at Little Owl for sure!

Little Owl is amazing. Their cupcakes are to die for and the soups are beyond delicious. But most of all, I love the staff there. They know their regulars;) I am Celiac and have never gotten sick.

Delicious gluten-free and dairy-free options! Accommodate breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Good wraps, waffles, cupcakes, soups, etc. I go to this place all the time it is great!

No reaction so that’s always a good thing. Wrap was smaller than I expected but not an issue overall.

Had the wrap and it was good. Plus all of their baked goods are gluten free, the chocolate mousse cupcake was so good.
